Ford of America has come up with a brilliant way to get people talking about the new Focus. It’s not an ad campaign showing smiling young people driving around causing all the safety gizmos to go off. It’s not a ‘zany’ ‘get involved or lose out’ campaign. It’s a puppet called Doug. And he’s got a mouth on him. Read more

With the football season over, and not a lot to do this Summer (due to the distinct lack of a sporting tournament), there’s very little to do other than to sink bottles of cider and burn meat outdoors over fire. But no fear! We’ve had a scout around for the best motoring related things to do in this green and pleasant land over the blazing Summer months so you don’t have to! Read more

This new Ford Evos looks crazy. Like a Transformer from Dagenham. Especialy with all those doors open. All four of them. Said to be a new a "21st Century Capri", it's interesting to see how Ford are aiming to make cars more about lifestyle than travel. Read more

On August 17 Jon and I got up very, very early to take part in something special. You see, this year marks 100 years of Ford in the UK. That makes it out of living memory (aside from the odd person who has an eidetic memory and lived through the first Model T rolling off the line at Trafford Park in Manchester). Our part in the day may have been minor, but we felt truly special. Read more

So it’s that time of year again – Geneva Motor Show time. That means lots of running around, trying to find the coolest car at the show and failing because there are too many to choose from. Read more
